The Logicbase Interactive Camping Adventure; A Weekend Of Teamwork & Fun

Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, Logicbase Interactive‘s staff and employees went on a Team Building and CAMPING ADVENTURE last August 10 and 11, 2019, at the Dahilayan Gardens & Resort, in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon!

This is the first team building of our company this year. It featured the theme: “Journey to the Top: Exploring Possibilities, Exceeding Expectations.” 

The activity aimed to let the old and new members of LBI to bond, get to know each other, and enjoy a stress-free weekend together, which helped in improving our friendship and teamwork.

We arrived at around 1:30 pm at the Dahilayan Gardens & Resort on August 10, and played a variety of fun games until 5:00 pm. After a little snack, the games continued until 8:00 pm and was followed by a hearty dinner.

We then lit-up a bonfire at the grounds of the resort and had a few drinks, with fun conversations, tasty snacks, and sang together to several of our favorite songs.

The resort was a perfect camping destination, encompassing a wide field under the light of the moon and stars, the touch of cold but relaxing air, and a quiet atmosphere without all the urban noise.

On August 11, we woke up to a very chilly morning, had a walk around the resort’s scenic landscape, enjoyed warm cups of coffee, and had a delicious breakfast together.

An awarding ceremony was then held for those who had exemplary performance and contribution to the company this quarter and for the teams who won the various games of the team building.

As the last stop, we visited the famous Dahilayan Adventure Park, where some enjoyed a challenging ropes course, while others explored and took pictures.
